"Whenever I visit the store, staff are extremely helpful with educating me on cycle gear and general information about what is available in my budget. They also are informative on issues like when to switch out a helmet after 4 to 5 years and how long to keep your tires when you don't ride a lot and the treads are not worn. And though they follow through on their responsibility for promoting specific products Cycle Gear is offering at the time, they don't overwhelm you with pressure approaches."
